The Geraldine Palmer-Jones papers (1922-1988) consist of a diary, yearbook, articles, a scrapbook on jazz musicians and news clippings.

The Helen Zeese Papanikolas papers (1954-2001) contain materials concerning the research and writing of this Utah historian and folklorist. Included are correspondence, research files, news clippings, oral history manuscripts, published and unpublished articles.

The Michele Parish papers (1917-1995) contain Parish's personal and professional papers. Much of the collection is concerned with Parish's work with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). The collection also contains personal and religious materials, such as correspondence, church programs, directories, and information packets from the United Methodist Church. There are also correspondence, and newsletters from her work for the National Women's Political Caucus.

The Park City West records (1967-1982) contain corespondence, news clippings, news releases, brochures, trail maps, fact sheets, financial documents, and architectural materials such as drawings, specifications, and construction cost sheets. A scrapbook is also included.

The Marjorie G. Paul papers (1957-2002) consist of a record of her travels over the years. Marjorie Paul worked as a nurse for the World Health Organization in Ethiopia, South America, and Vietnam, and in the 1960's worked for the United States Agency for International Development in Vietnam.

The Ern Pedler papers (1914-1986) spans his career and creative life, from his high school writings to a letter granting a magazine interview in the 1980s. In addition to the manuscripts, other written material and ephemera give a detailed picture of Western life. Pedler was a long-distance rider, cowboy, and horse wrangler. He was also a prolific writer of fiction.

The Fern Flagler Peery papers (1840-2008) contain correspondence, diaries, vital records, genealogy, and news clippings of Peery and her family members. Also included is family history research.

The Alta LaRee Hill Pehrson papers (1883-2006) contains correspondence, family genealogies, clippings from her writing career, including the history of Magna, Utah. Alta Pehrson was active in the town of Magna, Utah, and was the first woman President of the Magna Chamber of Commerce.

The John Peperakis papers (1913-1990) contains correspondence, mining information, and mostly maps that are hand-drawn, originals documenting mining (coal) areas in Utah and the Rocky Mountain areas. Peperakis was a mining engineer who was manager of Sunnyside Coal Mines, Utah for Kaiser Steel Corporation.

The Pioneer Memorial Theater collection (1935-2011) consists mainly of theater programs and announcements for productions performed at the theater. Pioneer Memorial Theater, originally a replica of the old Salt Lake Theater, was completed in 1962 on the University of Utah campus. In addition to the programs, the collection also contains certificates, news clippings, posters, and unidentified set designs.

The Ethel M. Piper papers (1930-1992) contain correspondence written by Ethel M. Cashmore Piper (b. 1892), as well as additional correspondence, news clippings, awards, eulogies, and a short biography. These items document her teaching career and 100th birthday. Piper was an elementary school teacher in Ogden, Utah (1918-1963).

The Pleasant View Irrigation Company ledger (1877-1916) consists of board meeting minutes, shareholder's lists and other ephemeral materials such as handwritten notes, receipts, correspondence and news clippings.

The Agnes Mero Plenk papers (1947-2004) contain materials relating to Plenk's work in the fields of educational and child psychology. Plenk founded the Salt Lake Children's Center in 1962. She also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah.

The Gail Plummer papers (circa 1960-1980) consist mainly of scrapbooks detailing productions at Kingsbury Hall, the University of Utah's summer festivals, and Babcock Theater. Other scrapbooks, theater programs, and family and personal materials are also included. These materials were collected by Gail Plummer, a speech and theater instructor at the University of Utah, and his wife, Elva Plummer.

The Ronald E. Poelman speech (1984) consist of an original and corrected version entitled "The Gospel and the Church," he delivered in the October 1984 General Conference of the LDS Church. Poelman was a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy at the time of the speech.

The political clippings collection (1936-1939) consists of 24 notebooks filled with newspaper clippings from U.S. papers, dealing with conditions throughout the world before World War II.

The Ernest L. Poulson papers (1891-1985) include an autobiography; research material (including correspondence, interviews, notes, and news clippings) on the Deseret Live Stock Company; and other short biographies and articles on land management in Utah, Farmers' State Bank (in Bountiful, Utah), and live stock. Audio cassettes contain interviews with Sterling S. McMurrin, Grace Kerr, and Irvin J. Cox.
