Ellen Gustava Stark Pack papers

 Collection
Identifier: ACCN 1954

Scope and Contents

The Ellen Gustava Stark Pack papers (1896-1952) consist of scrapbooks filled with newspaper clippings. Each scrapbook has articles and stories about a particular subject from a wide variety of topics. Many of the books contain information and history about the LDS Church. There are four scrapbooks filled with children's stories and games. Some scrapbooks are about various places and cultures in the world, while others are about unique life situations. This is an interesting collection because it contains a lot of history from the first half of the 20th century presented from the perspective of local newspapers and the interests of Ellen Gustava Stark Pack (1881-1971).
