Will Bagley (1950-2021) was a Utah historian and author of Blood of the Prophets: Brigham Young and the Massacre at Mountain Meadows (2002) who studied the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Utah, and Western history. This collection contains black-and-white and color prints and negatives depicting Bagley and images collected by Bagley in the course of his research.

The George S. and Algie E. Ballif photograph collection contains images of Algie Ballif. George S. Ballif was a Utah attorney who chiefly practiced in Provo. He also served as a city, county, and district attorney as well as a juvenile court judge. He was a member of the University of Utah Board of Regents. Algie E. Ballif was a member of the Provo Board of Education for twenty-three years and of the Utah House of Representatives from 1959 to 1961.
