The Atchison and Pike's Peak Railroad ledger (1867-1876) records the sales of Kickapoo Indian lands by the railroad to white settlers between 1867 and 1876.
Emerson R. Bailey memoir
The Emerson R. Bailey memoir (1952) consist of Emerson's twelve-page account of being four days snowbound at Yuba Gap in the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the passenger train "City of San Francisco" in January of 1952.
John G. Baker article
The John G. Baker article (1969) is titled "The Castello Circus Transcontinental Tour" and discusses the story of the tour of Dan Castello Circus, Menageries and Abyssinian Caravan over the newly completed railroad from Omaha to California in 1869.

Bingham and Garfield Railway Company payroll records
The Bingham and Garfield Railway Company payroll records (1913-1915) document an administrative aspect of this railway which was built by Utah Copper in 1911 to connect its mine in Bingham Canyon, Utah, to its smelter in Garfield, Utah. The line closed in 1948.

Greek railroad workers records
The Greek railroad workers records (1904-2000) contain copies of newspaper articles and government records pertaining to a railroad accident in February 1904, as well as articles from the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News about the dedication of a memorial to the accident victims. In February 1904, 28 railroad workers, including 16 Greek immigrants, were killed.
