Albert George Brain papers
The Albert George Brain papers (1985-1987) consist of an autobiography; biography of Sidney S. Fox, owner of the first radio and television stations in Salt Lake City, Utah; a transcript of an interview by Albert Brain with Sidney Fox regarding his career in broadcasting; and other materials. Al Brain was a cameraman and photographer with several Utah television stations.

The Frank Cyrus Carman papers (1924-1989) consist of correspondence, broadcast transcripts, financial and business records, and QSL (radio transmission) cards documenting Frank Cyrus Carman's career in radio broadcasting. Carman established and managed several early Utah commercial radio stations, including KUTA (later KLUB) and KISN in Salt Lake City. The bulk of the collection consists of records, including advertising and public affairs broadcast transcripts, from these stations.

Louise Degn papers
The Louise Degn papers (1946-2015) consist of personal and professional correspondence, journals, sheet music, newspaper clippings, and various materials such as scripts and researchfrom her work as a reporter for KSL and a professor at the University of Utah. The collection also includes documents and internal KSL correspondence concerning to the controversial program "Mormon Women and Depression," which almost did not air.

The Hays Gorey photograph collection consists of photos and slides of Hays Gorey’s professional life as a political journalist, including his investigation of Watergate in the 1970’s and his close association with the Kennedys (specifically Robert) in addition to pictures with Presidents and overseas. His wife Nonie is with him in many of these pictures.

The Sam Kiefer papers (circa 1930s-1940s) consist of broadcast source material, correspondence, and fan mail primarily addressed to Peter Spraynozzle (Sam Kiefer), at KSL Radio Station, Salt Lake City, Utah. Included are radio scripts and clippings of columns written for the Utah Labor News under the name Peter Spraynozzle.
