The American Red Cross photograph collection contains 35 items consisting of copy prints of nurses during wars, prints of meetings of the Utah Chapter of the American Red Cross, speeches and publicity shots from the 1940s and 50s. Some of the items from the 1950s are copyrighted by Columbia Pictures Corporation.

The American Red Cross Utah Chapter records consists of administrative and historical records including correspondence (1917-1978), scrapbooks (1946-1973), meeting minutes (1928-1962), ledger (1943-1965), servicemen's roster (1945-1946), clippings (1944-1985), letters of the War Finance Committee (1917), and chapter histories.

The Auxiliary of the Reading Room for the Blind scrapbook (1908-1934) was compiled by the librarian, Mrs. Dr. J. J. Snider. The majority of the scrapbook consists of news clippings regarding the creation of the reading room and other issues pertaining to visually impaired people in Utah. Included in the scrapbook are a few programs and issues of The Utah Eagle.

The Harold Bauman papers (1919-2008) contains a variety of medical white papers, research on Ammon Hennacy (a Christian radical activist), and oral history interviews conducted by students of Dr. Bauman with veterans of the Vietnam War. Bauman was an Associate Professor of History of Science and Medicine at the University of Utah.

The Flora Stewart Bennion collection (1904-1917) consists of three certificates (dated 1904-1917) regarding a Dorothy/Dora Maiben and her accomplishments in becoming a registered nurse.

The Florina Vilate Gay Bond obstetrical ledger (1897-1941) contains her obstetrical birth records from Clarion, Utah. Included in the ledger is other personal information such as written family genealogical record. The majority of the record focuses on the years 1916 through 1928. There are also single sheets consisting of written birth records, but it is uncertain where the births took place in Clarion.

The Wallace S. Brooke papers (1943-1990) contain correspondence, a history, and an article regarding the Salt Lake Surgical Society in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brooke earned a Ph.D. from Oxford University in 1940 and attended Johns Hopkins University. He became the first chief resident of surgery for Price, Utah. He served as the president of the Salt Lake Surgical Society.

The Lester E. Bush papers (1809-1999) contain correspondence, articles, bibliographies, research materials, editor materials for Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought, surveys, textual excerpts, references, subject files, notes, theses transcripts, and pamphlets.

The Lester E. Bush photograph collection consists of family photos and advertisements for The Mormon Elder's Damiana Wafers from the Druggist's Journal.

The Marcelle Carver papers (1983-1994) consist of correspondence, board meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, and other miscellaneous papers related to Carver's involvement with the Holy Cross Hospital Auxiliary Board.

The Barney B. Clark photograph collection includes press images of medical/government staff involved in the implantation of an artificial heart in Barney Clark, photographs of animal experiments with the artificial heart, photographs taken during and immediately after the implantation of the artificial heart, and miscellaneous slides. Includes photographs of unidentified persons removed from correspondence sent to Barney Clark after he received the heart.

The Dr. R. Adams Cowley photograph collection consists of personal portraits; photographs of the Bicentennial Emergency Medical Services and Traumatology Conference and Exhibition; slides of various award presentations; slides used for a presentation on traumatology.

The John A. Dixon papers (1930-1994) contain correspondence, notes and notebooks, copies of publications, clippings, and miscellaneous personal materials. John A. Dixon served as dean of the University of Utah College of Medicine.

The Thomas F. Dougherty papers (1955-1972) consist of a a guest book and correspondence regarding a party to celerate the unveiling of his portrait. Thomas F. Dougherty was the Chair of the Department of Anatomy from 1947-1974.

This collection contains materials related to Dougherty's carrer as head of the Anatomoy Department at the University of Utah Medical Center. Portraits of business groups, occasions, and similar miscellany.

The Eldon J. Gardner photos (1936-1986) contain autobiographical and biographical materials, class notes, personal and professional reasearch materials. Eldon John Gardner (1909-1989) was a professor of zoology at the Utah State University, Salinas College in California, and the University of Utah. He was also a geneticist, a researcher, a writer, and an administrator.

The Arden R. Gaufin photograph collection documents the engineering efforts of the U.S. army towards controlling malaria epidemics throughout the Pacific theater during World War II. Images specifically focus on the island of Luzon in the Philippines.
