Biographical Sketch
Carver was born on 22 September 1918 to Charles A. and Nettie W. Hall. She was married to William A. Carver. They had three sons. She graduated in 1940 from the University of Utah with a teaching degree. Carver was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For 13 years she served as a volunteer at the Holy Cross Hospital, and also served as the president of the Holy Cross Volunteer Auxiliary (1992-1993).
