The Ken Sleight papers (1966-2000) consist of a study titled, Following Powell in Cataract which details the two expeditions of John Wesley Powell and Sleight's experiences tracing Powell's route in Cataract Canyon.

The Ken Sleight river running video collection (circa 1962) consists of a 16mm silent film of a river trip through Glen Canyon. The areas depicted in the film were flooded after the completion of Glen Canyon Dam in 1963.

The Robert Smith photograph collection contains photographs of skiers and staff at the Park City Ski Area, Utah. The collection also includes photographs taken at Brighton, Solitude, and Alta ski resorts in Utah.

The Snow Cup photograph collection consists of images of winners of the Snow Cup.

The Snow Cup Race scrapbook (1962-1963) consists of news clippings, correspondence, photographs, and project proposal materials. The Snow Cup Race was created to promote skiing in the Intermountain and Salt Lake Area. This event was held at Alta, Utah beginning in the 1940s. Skiers who have participated in the races include Jim Gaddis, Lynn Johnson, Billy Kidd, Corey Engen, and Margo Walters.

The Snowbasin Ski Resort photograph collection contains photographs documenting the beginnings of the Snowbasin ski area in northern Utah. THe collection also includes views of the resort itself, as well as of skiing techniques and early equipment.

The Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort photograph collection contains photographs on contact sheets of skiing activities and color prints of ski runs at Snowbird, Utah.

The Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort records (1971-2014) consist of promotional and research materials related to the establishment of the resort along with yearly events. The main component of the collection consist of numerous menus from the multiple restaurants located at the resort along with information regarding the resort's private club.

The Solitude Ski Patrol scrapbook (1967) contains collected materials regarding staff training, staff testing, avalanche preparedness, correspondence, and news clippings. Main staff for the 1967-1968 season included Dick Frost, Jim Sewell, Dean Tucker, Steve Utley, Dick Bench, John Lee, Brent Bain and Russ Schneider.

The Ray Solomon digital photograph is of Alta Ski Instructors Leon Day, Bob Grant and Ray Solomon, probably in the late 1960s.

The southern Utah scenery photograph collection contains photographs of various natural features in southern Utah.

The Bill Spencer photograph collection contains biathlon skiers, Bill Spencer on skis, 1930s-1940s and 1976, images were created from digital scans of 35 mm slides of a U.S. ski team, 1964 Olympic Biathlon Team, and two men working with a gun. The collection also contains personal photographs.

The Ike Spencer scrapbook (1972-1973) consists of news clippings, photographs and handwritten notes regarding Spencer's football career as a running back for the University of Utah.

The William Spencer papers (1960-2000) contains a scrapbook, newsletter, and clippings documenting William Spencer's career as a University of Utah and United States ski racer and an Olympic biathlete. The materials also document the development of biathlon as an Olympic sport. Included is a photocopy of the book Biathlon by Arthur Stegen. Spencer is a biathlete, skier, and cyclist. In February 2000 he was inducted into the Biathlon Hall of Fame.

The Sports and Olympics thesis collection (1972-1994) is a compilation of theses and dissertation papers written by degree candidates from graduate schools in the United States and Canada. They include studies on a variety of topics relevant to sports and the Olympic Games. The range of years researched are from 1896-1992.

The Spruces Ski Area photograph collection consists of six prints of cross-country skiers at the small ski area from 1934-1936.

The collection consists of a ledger (1941) recording payments for riding lessons. Name of stable and owner unknown.
