The Arthur Shepherd papers (1892-2010) consist mainly of original composition manuscripts created by Shepherd (1880-1958), a music composer, conductor, and teacher. Also included in the collection are correspondence, awards, lecture notes, news clippings, biographical information, concert programs, and other materials.

The Margaret Louise Smith papers (1895-1994) consist mostly of correspondence from the years 1911-1991, newsletters, notebooks and notes, programs, legal documents, and other personal materials.

The Social Hall research report (1977) was created by John M. Bourne, a Pioneer State Park historian. It describes the construction and use of the old Social Hall in Salt Lake City, Utah, which was demolished in 1922. A replica of the building was erected at the Pioneer Trail State Park in Salt Lake City in 1979. Also included are a program for the ground breaking ceremonies for the replica and photocopied documents and clippings used in research.

The South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society records (1981-1997) consist of newsletters, annual report, society history, meeting minutes, correspondence and other records documenting the history and activities of this organization. The society focuses on service and is a fellowship of free minds in the study and practice of liberal religion, the development of the human potential of its participants and the building of a better local and world economy.

The John D. Spencer papers (1895-1933) contain correspondence, speeches, biographical sketches, programs, and material related to Spencer's affiliation with the Salt Lake Arts Center, the Fine Arts and Letters Society of Utah, the Salt Lake City Opera Company, and other organizations. John D. Spencer (1858-1947) was an insurance executive and patron of the arts.

The Sugarhouse Garden Club records (1937-1983) contain yearbooks, news clippings, programs and awards relating to social events, flower shows, and classes hosted by the club.

The Obert C. Tanner papers (1924-1993) consist of commencement addresses, programs, catalogs, and news clippings. Tanner was a professor, manufacturer of jewelry, and a philanthropist.

The Orland L. "Brig" Tapp scrapbooks (1946-1970) consist of chronologically arrangmed materials regarding Tapp's film career and his involvement with organizations such as the Utah Cine Arts Club. Included in the scrapbooks are programs, correspondence, photographs, and other ephemeral materials.

The Ida Shimizu Tateoka papers (1987-2002) contain an autobiographical letter, skating club information, programs, news clippings, and a poster. Tateoka has been a judge of national and world ice skating competitions.

The Jack Thomas papers (1928-1973) consist of various materials regarding Warren John "Jack" Thomas (1882-1973), a Utah railroad worker and member of the LDS Church's Tabernacle Choir. Included are biographical materials, correspondence, choir programs, news clippings, and Kiwanis Club papers.

The Tuesday Study Club records (1968-2000) consist of scrapbooks, correspondence, newspaper articles, club rosters, and club programs.

The United Nations Association of Utah records (1947-2012) contain correspondence, bylaws, reports, attendance records, membership materials, articles, publications, news releases, programs, brochures, and news clippings.

The Utah Federation of Women's Clubs records (1907-2008) include documents produced by many Utah women's clubs from 1893 to the present. These records include yearbooks, reports, minutes, publications, financial date, correspondence, and scrapbooks. The General Federation and Utah Federation convention records make up the remainder of the collection.

The Utah Order of Women Legislators records (1933-1986) consist of a minute book, scrapbooks, biographical sketches, correspondence, resolutions, and bicentennial materials for this women's organization.

The Utah Personnel and Guidance Association records (1964-1983) contains organizational material as well as various guides relating to the administration and members of this organization who are now known as the Utah School Counselors Association.

This Utah Theatre Association records (1970-1981) consists of correspondence, festival materials, programs, and workshop materials. The material relates to the activities of Harold R. Oaks in relationship to his participation with the association. The purpose of the association is to provide assistance for junior and senior high school teachers and student teachers.

The Dorothy Shepherd Van Stipriaan papers (1876-1984) consist of personal and family materials. Included are handbills, artwork, announcements, flyers, poetry, religious materials, and Dorothy's unpublished master's thesis. Dorothy Van Stipriaan (1909-1976) was a member of Salt Lake City's prominent Shepherd family. She was appointed head of the library's Fine Arts Department in 1966.

The Susan Wintrobe Walker papers (1948-1988) consist of a scrapbook titled "Utah Symphony Orchestra and Its Guest Artists" that contains short biographies of guest artists along with programs. Some of the programs have been autographed. Also included in the collection is yearbook and a school reunion book of the William M. Stewart Junior High School.

The Glenn Walker Wallace papers (1860s-1991) consist of personal, financial, and business materials relating to the lives of Glenn Walker Wallace (1898-1988) and her family. Wallace was a Utah musician and dancer who was co-founder of the Utah Symphony and Ballet West. She was the daughter of Matthew H. Walker, co-founder and president of the Walker Bank and Trust Company and the wife of John McChrystal Wallace, president of the bank from 1944 to 1957
