The LeRoy Robertson photograph collection contains photographs of the University of Utah Symphony Orchestra, the cast of the Book of Mormon Oratorio, and portraits of other musicians and composers comprise the bulk of the collection.
Joel Rosenberg audio collection
The Joel Rosenberg audio collection (1982) consists of audio recordings of Mormon hymns arranged for viola and piano. The recordings feature Rosenberg on viola and were orchestrated by the pianist, David Bonham. Joel Rosenberg is the music director of the American West Symphony of Sandy City and the Paradigm Chamber Orchestra and has been viola soloist with numerous symphony orchestras and has conducted orchestras around the world, including the Utah Opera.

The Salt Lake Oratorio Society records (1914-1987) provide a detailed view of the society's development and ascent to the artistic acclaim. Included are business and financial records, materials dealing with annual Messiah renditions, correspondence, press materials, and papers dealing with various other productions performed by the society. The Salt Lake Oratorio Society was incorporated in 1914 and has become an internationally acclaimed music group.

Also included in the collection are correspondence, awards, lecture notes, news clippings, biographical information, concert programs, and other materials.
Charles Shepherd papers
The Charles Shepherd papers (1905-1950) consist of clippings, photographs, programs, and reviews originally in scrapbooks detailing Shepherd's professional music career as a pianist, conductor and piano teacher. Includes a monograph on the history of theater in Utah by Horace G. Whitney. Charles Shepherd was a Utah pianist and conductor of the Salt Lake Philharmonic Orchestra, 1919-1927.
