Jerry R. Andersen papers

Abstract The Jerry R. Andersen papers (1970-1982) contain files on labor law and collective bargaining cases in Utah. Jerry R. Andersen (1933-1982) was a lawyer and member of the faculty at the University of Utah. Between 1963 and 1982, he was a faculty member at the College of Law and later served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs. He also served as an arbitrator for cases involving corporations and unions.

The first trip was a summer tour of U.S. National Parks and Canada. The second trip was a mining trip to California. Also included is a paper by Ethel Smith that discusses the Canadian Industrial Disputes Act of 1910.
