The Veteran Ski Instructor Alliance correspondence (2001-2002) was created by the Veteran Ski Instructors (VSI), an organization based in Park City, Utah. VSI sponsors an annual reunion for ski professionals, many of whom were instrumental in organizing the Professional Ski Instructors of America, and most of whom have contributed to the development of the American Ski Technique over the years.

Walker House guest register
The Walker House guest register (1875) contains signatures of the hotel's guests between July 13, 1875 and December 30, 1875. The Walker House was a relatively new addition to the downtown Salt Lake City area at this time, having been built in 1872. It was torn down shortly after the turn of the century and replaced by the David Keith Building, located at 248 S. Main Street.

The Richard Dean "Dick" Wallin papers (1964, 1973) consist of photocopies of a diary entry regarding his experience traversing Wind Rivers, Green River Lakes, and Trail Creek. Also included in the collection are two news clippings. One discusses the Alpen Bock Climbing Club, and the other discusses a mountain rescue crew of the Salt Lake Area.
Warm Springs Rapid history project
The Warm Springs Rapid history project (1996-2010) consists of materials related to the preparation of a special research trip for June 2-6, 2008 for the purpose of bringing together as many of the people who were there at Warm Springs in June of 1965 as possible. Warm Springs Rapid, on the Yampa River in Dinosaur National Monument, is one of the most difficult stretches of runnable whitewater in the United States.

The Larry James Warren papers (1984-2002) contain clippings from the Park City Magazine, Park City Guest Guide, and the Lodestar. Also included in the collection are various transcripts of radio interviews. Warren is a special features television reporter in the Salt Lake area. He is also actively involved in the University of Utah's Ski Archives.
