Abstract
The Lester Andrews Hubbard folklore collection is comprised of Hubbard's collected stories and folklore about Utah. Included are items on legendary characters, pioneer life, polygamy, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Indian relations, Indian legends and tales, songs and ballads, games, riddles, and customs. Abstract
The Utah folklore collection (1947-1997) consists of student folklore projects which spans nearly fifty years. These projects were prepared by University of Utah students studying in various courses and workshops taught by Louis Zucker, Wayland D. Hand, Hector Lee, Barre Toelken, Jan Harold Brunvand, Margaret K. Brady, and David Stanley.
