The Alma O. Erekson papers (1925-1991) contain materials relating to the operation of the Erekson family's mink farm in Northern Utah during the 1930s to 1960s. Correspondence, publications, reports, minutes, news articles, advertising materials, and other papers regarding the family business, and fur farming in general, are included.

The Richard E. Westwood papers (1941-1971) consist of materials concerning his involvement as a prominent member of the United States mink industry. He was the founder and major partner of the Westwood Mink Farm which thrived from 1941-1971 in West Jordan, Utah.

The Richard E. Westwood photograph collection consists of 221 photographs and negatives related to the Westwood’s mink business, turkey farm and homes. Included are photos of awards, the coat presented to the Pope, and a Presidential photograph of Bill Clinton. Date span is 1930-1980.
