Edward was a butcher in Salt Lake City and served a LDS Church mission in Scotland during which his companion was David O. McKay.

The John T. Edward photograph collection contains two images found pasted to the page following the entry in the November 1897 - April 1899 diary of John T. Edward. The diary was written while serving a proselyting mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) in Scotland.
Annie Eggertsen autobiography
The Annie Eggertsen autobiography discusses her early life in Denmark and about her migration to Utah. She describes Pleasant Grove, Provo, and Springville, Utah. Also included is a brief biography of her great grandfather.
Luther E. Eggertsen correspondence
The Luther E. Eggertsen correspondence (1914-1999) contain letters of Eggertsen to his sister, Algie Eggertsen Ballif, Luther E. ("Bud") Eggertsen, his parents, Lars and Annie Eggertsen, and to Kimball Young. Part of the collection deals with Eggertsen's view of the theology of the LDS Church. Eggertsen was a lawyer and worked at various jobs in Portland, Oregon. He was born into an LDS family, but later left the LDS Church.
Eight O'Clock Club program
The Eight O'Clock Club program (1878) lists an acting performance entitled "Trouble in a Mormon Family." The event was held January 18, 1878 at the residence of J.V. DeFoe. The program provides a representation of public perceptions of territorial polygamy.
S. George Ellsworth speech
The collection consists of a typescript of the speech (1977), "The expansion of Mormonism: geographical considerations: address before the American Association of Geographers, Salt Lake City, Utah."
Wilford Ence family papers
The Wilford Ence family papers (1840-1933) consists of an original autobiography and family record written by Gottlieb Ence, as well as an autobiography by George J. Ramsey. Wilford Ence (b. 1883) was the son of Gottlieb and Caroline Ence. George J. Ramsey was the father of Caroline Ence. Both Gottlieb and George were LDS converts.

The Amy Engen photograph collection contains four photo albums with photographs of Wendell B. Lyman's life. Photographs of Lyman as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints(LDS), travels, University of Utah and the Sigma Chi fraternity.

John A. Farrell scrapbook
The John A. Farrell scrapbook (1982-1983) contains clippings from the series "Utah: Inside the Church State" by John A. Farrell published in the Denver Post in 1982; reprint of the series published by the Denver Post in 1983. The series examined LDS beliefs and doctrines, discrimination against non-LDS in Utah, and the level of political and economic control exercised by the LDS Church in Utah. Farrell was a reporter for the Denver Post.
