The Union Pacific Railroad collection (1892-1899) consists of fourteen money vouchers (1899) made to the superintendent of the Pacific Express Company for posse expenses relative to the robbery of Union Pacific Train No. 1 near Wilcox, Wyoming, 2 June 1899. Also included in the collection is an excurion rate card for the 62nd annual conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the laying of the cap stone of the temple, at Salt Lake City (1862).

Abstract
The Elijah Malin Weiler papers (1839-1921) is a small railroading collection containing about forty pieces of correspondence. Weiler immigrated with his mother to the Salt Lake valley. He served in the 1865 Blackhawk War and was a missionary and settler in Muddy, Nevada. He was a member of the Crismon and Weiler Contractors firm and he assisted in building many of the railroad lines in Utah.
