Abstract The William J. Roosen skiing collection (1969-1991) includes bibliographies, examinations, reports, and correspondence stemming from Roosen's teaching of a ski history class; pamphlets and clippings on ski resorts; articles and books on various aspects of skiing; copies of the "Alta Powder News" (1967-1991). Roosen was a professor of history at Northern Arizona University where he taught a class in ski history.

Abstract The Timothy Treacy papers (1837-2012) consist of primarily of clippings, newsletters, guides, magazines, and prints related to the history of skiing.
