The John Scott papers (1855-1856) consist of a photocopy and typescript of Scott's diary. A biography and some miscellaneous paper are also included.

This Franklin Richards Smith papers (1877-1938) consist of correspondence, papers, and photographs which document Smith's LDS mission to England, 1908-1911. Also included is correspondence of his parents, other relatives, and associates. Finally, the collection includes an assortment of printed materials such as newspaper clippings, booklets, and assorted souvenir items. The collection consists entirely of photocopies.

The George H. Taylor autobiography and diary (1886) consist of a transcript of an autobiography of George H. Taylor, an LDS bishop, written while serving a prison term in 1886 for polygamy; transcript of a diary recounting his prison experiences, 1886. Taylor was an LDS bishop imprisoned for practicing polygamy.

The Joseph Edward Taylor diary [typescript] (1849-1877) consists of brief entires that cover certain events in Taylor's, and his family's, life. The diary covers events in Taylor's life such as converting to the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints (LDS), in England, his trip aboard a steamer to New Orleans, his travels from Council Bluffs across the plains to Salt Lake City, and the "Utah War" and the impact of the army at Fort Bridger and Camp Floyd.

The Thatcher family papers (1881-1904) consist of the missionary journals and letters of Roy Davis Thatcher and Diana Bean Thatcher.

The James Thompson diary (1887-1889) consist of a transcribed copy of the original diary of a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Accompanied by photocopies of family correspondence and genealogical records.

The Orson F. Whitney papers (1876-1931) consist of photocopies of the diaries, notebooks, and autobiography of Orson F. Whitney, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, from 1906 until his death in 1931.
