The Chris Jensen artwork (1960s) consists of watercolors, ink and crayon drawings, and photocopies of Jensen's art from various publications. Hans Christian Jensen (1902-1995) was a cartoonist for the Salt Lake Tribune starting in 1948. He served as chief artist for the paper during the 1960s and was well-known for his "Sheepherder Sam" comic strip that ran for more than two decades.
