The Chi Delta Phi records (1911-1968) are a collection of materials reflecting the organization, growth, activities, and dissolution of the Gleam Epsilon chapter of this sorority, and its predecessor, the Order of the Gleam. The collection is comprised of a two-volume roster, a two-volume scrapbook, business records, fifteen volumes of unpublished writings of the members of the sorority, and a play.

David Henry Christensen (1869-1956) was an educator in Utah, a superintendent of Salt Lake City Schools, he served on the Board of Regents, was the president of Christensen Construction Company, and went on a mission and became a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church).
