The Cecelia H. Foxley papers (1960-2014) consists of personal and academic materials along with books. Dr. Foxley served as the Deputy Commissioner, and the Associate Commissioner for Academic Affairs. She then served as Commisioner of the Utah System of Higher Education and Cheif Executive Officer to the State board of Regents for over 10 years. Afterward she served for three years as Regents professor in the Educational Psychology department at the University of Utah.

Vontella (1906-1971) was an active and independent woman with a desire to travel. She often lectured on charm and beauty at business and social clubs, and was also in demand as a speaker on traditional Arab attire and jewelry.
