Scope and Contents Folder 1 contains contains a letter (1872) of Fuller's selection as a delegate, a copied telegram from Fuller to "Mrs. Williamson," and a document (1863) appointing Fuller as a practicing lawyer for the territory of Utah. Included in the folder is a photocopied version of a letter (1863) from Daniel H. Wells to Fuller. The original item has been removed and placed in Reserve.
