Scope and Contents
Most of the photographs in this collection were taken by Hack Miller, sports editor for the Deseret News. Hack Miller covered a wide range of subjects such as, skiing, the Olympics, boxing, golf, basketball, football, fishing, hunting, rivers, army, Vietnam and more. In Box 1 - Box 5 of this collection there are 1009 black and white photographs (8 x 10 or smaller), 10 color photographs, and 6 postcards. Box 6 contains 654 black and white negatives, 32 color transparencies, and 23 contact prints. Box 1 Oversize contains 2 black and white photographs and 1 color transparency. All identifications included in this register are found on back of the photographs or on the envelopes containing negatives.
