The Tyrone Davies independent film collection (2001) consists of a copy of Davies' experimental film "Stealing Away," an 82 minute experimental film shot in black and white and color in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. This collection is part of the Utah Independent Film Archive (UIFA).

Biographical Note

Tyrone Davies (b. 1977) earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre studies from the University of Utah in 2002. An experimental filmmaker, Davies has displayed his work at video installations at galleries in Salt Lake City and San Francisco and at film festivals all over the world. He is currently working on a Master of Fine Arts degree at the San Francisco Art Institute.
