Organizational History
The Utah Heritage Foundation's primary activity over the years has been to educate the public about the value of preserving historically important buildings and architectural sites in Utah. It is a non-profit corporation that has received private as well as public funding. At its founding in 1966, the purpose was generally stated "to preserve the cultural heritage of Utah."

The Utah Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting preservation of historic architecture in Utah.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Boxes 1-12 were donated in 1985. Boxes 13-61 were donated in 1993-1994. Box 62 and tube 63 were donated in 2014 by Kirk Huffaker.
Separated Materials
Photographs were transferred to the Multimedia Division of Special Collections (P0274).
