Biography
Marion Smith attended the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Utah where she graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors. She earned her graduate degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Utah. Marion is co-founder and former director of the Intermountain Specialized Abuse Treatment Center in Salt Lake City, for which she was named Public Administrator of the Year by the National Association of Social Workers.
