Scope and Contents

From the Collection: A. Selden Millward was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Eastern States mission during the early 1920s. This collection consists of digital scans taken from Millward's missionary photograph album. Subject matter ranges from images of Elders and Sisters, portraits and snapshots of President B.H. Roberts, to snapshots of missionaries preaching in the streets of New York. The Millward collection also contains many scans of postcards from Washington, D.C., New York, early L.D.S. sites, Pennsylvania and other tourist sites in the eastern United States. A. Selden Millward's son, Gary Millward, retains the original photograph album.
