Scope and Contents
- "While at Miner's Hill a mile or two distant from the Hill Cumorah in New York, I saw two children playing in the thickets near by. I asked them the name of the hill and if they knew anything about it. The oldest one, a girl about 9 or 10, said it was Mormon Hill where Joe Smith wrote (translated) the gold Bible."
