Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Chamber Music Society of Salt Lake City records (1967-1998) provide a limited administrative overview of how the society developed and reached its current prominent level. Included are membership records, correspondence, minutes, financial information, contracts, programs, fund raising materials, news clippings, and other papers. Unfortunately, there are substantial gaps in correspondence and printed records about the origins of the Chamber Music Society. The records from the 1980s are the most complete.
