Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Charles Elliott Dibble papers (1830-1988) contain his research and drafts of the Florentine Codex, a thirteen-volume translation of the Aztec language into English. Charles Elliott Dibble worked on the codex for thirty years, and his research includes his notes, drafts, galleys, and correspondence.
