Abstract
The Henry Y. Kasai papers (1907-1966) contain material relating to the personal and professional life of Henry Y. Kasai, a leader in Utah's Japanese American community. The bulk of the collection consists of the minutes, history, and president's files of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) of Salt Lake City, the formation of which Kasai initiated in 1935.
