Abstract Vince Iturbe (1946-2017) served in the United States Army in Vietnam. In 1976, he moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he worked for the Utah Department of Workforce Services and volunteered for the Community Nursing Services' Journey Home hospice program. This collection contains color slides and scrapbook pages related to Iturbe's military service in Vietnam between 1969 and 1970.

Abstract Walter Jones (1944-) is a veteran of the United States Army, military historian, and archivist who served as head of the Western Americana division of the University of Utah's J. Willard Marriott Library Special Collections and Archives. This collection contains slides and photographs related to Jones' experience and scholarship on twentieth century American military history and photographs of street fairs in the Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ivard Ritchie Rogers photograph collection

Abstract Ivard Ritchie Rogers (1915-1988) served in World War II and was an outdoorsman and river runner. He worked for the Utah Bureau of Investigation, including 20 years service as director. This collection includes black-and-white and color slides depicting Rogers' military service and images of his friends and family. Also included are photos of Southern Utah and Utah national parks, river running, and the Green, Colorado, and Yampa rivers.
