The James M. Aton papers (1829-2006) consist of articles, maps, newspapers, and book excerpts dealing with the natural history, archaeology, ecology, and early settlement of Southern Utah. The papers also include manuscript drafts, correspondence, and photograph use information pertaining to the writing of River Flowing from the Sunrise: An Environmental History of the Lower San Juan by James Aton and Robert McPherson.

The Charles G. Beaudette papers (1933-2006) consist of Beaudette's writings and files on cold fusion. Beaudette (b. 1930) is an electrical engineer who graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1952.

The John O’M Bockris papers (1923-2013) consists of personal papers, research materials and correspondence. Including within the collection are materials regarding the Philadelphia Project and the fraud investigation. Bockris was a professor of physical science.

The Wayne S. Brown papers (1951-1988) consist of the personal, research, and business papers of Wayne Brown, an entrepeneur, innovator, and professor of mechanical engineering at the University of Utah from 1953 to 1988.

The Frederick W. Cagle, Jr. papers (1891-1976) comprise various notes, committee and staff meeting minutes, chemistry articles by Cagle and others, lectures, news clippings, correspondence regarding the purchase of equipment and books, and course work generated, received, and collected by Cagle during his professional career. Cagle (1924-1988) was a chemistry professor at the University of Utah up until his death.

The Ralph Vary Chamberlin papers (1890-1969) contain correspondence, articles, essays, research and biographical materials, class records, and news clippings. Chamberlin was a biology professor at the University of Utah and wrote the centennial history of the university.

The Francis W. Christensen papers (1949-1989) contain maps from his thesis, a program, photocopies of personal information, and "Time and Creation." Christensen was a professor of geology at the University of Utah

The Talbot A. Chubb audiovisual collection (1999-2006) consists of 17 VHS tapes, 4 audiocassette tapes, and 1 DVD of primarily recordings of meetings, lectures, and talks of the American Chemical Society (ACS), American Nuclear Society (ANS), and American Physical Society (APS) and of materials describing the theory of cold fusion.

The cold fusion collection (1987-1992) contains articles written by Bruce V. Lewenstein relating to the history and testing of cold fusion and clippings from the Utah Chemistry Department relating to the study of cold fusion.

The Lloyd Conyers report (circa 1935) is typewritten and entitled "Strivings On Salt Water: Surveys on Great Salt Lake October to December 1934." This is a survey for a diking project along the Great Salt Lake's west shore.

The Kenneth L. Cook photograph collection contains a variety of photos resulting from his scientific, educational, and administrative activities.
