Abstract The Cecil L. Mills, Jr. papers (1958-2015) consists of copies of materials pertaining to auto racing in Utah. Included is information regarding concentrated hydrogen peroxide, advertisements for auto racing parts, a design review and operational requirements for rocket powered exhibition vehicles, and a license agreement. Mills was a mechanic and attempted to design the first pollution-free engine by using hydrogen peroxide.
