Abstract Richard Lewis "Dick" Stimson (1925-2014) was a veteran of the United States Army who served in World War II. After retiring from a career in insurance and sales, he volunteered for the University of Utah Health Sciences and hospitals and bequeathed his estate to the University of Utah Health Sciences. This collection contains color photographs of Stimson's life, his military service, and his involvement in veteran organizations and reunions.

Abstract The John Stockert photograph collection consists of 594 color 35mm transparencies, dated from 1958 to 1974. All slides are of areas in Utah, mostly southern Utah. Mr. Stockert began to take photographs of southern Utah while working as a seasonal Park Ranger in Arches National Monument (later National Park) in 1960, and later visited and photographed other parts of Utah in subsequent years.

Abstract Walter M. Stookey (1869-1951) was a Utah medical doctor and historian who specialized in the Donner-Reed party. Stookey was a member of the Utah Trails and Landmarks Association and was involved in locating and marking trails and routes across the state. This colleciton contains photographs documenting Stookey's interest in the Donner Party and involvement in marking and memorializing the history of westward expansion in the United States.
