Abstract The letters from Camp Floyd [photocopies] (1859) consists of two letters which provide a glimpse of life at this Utah army outpost. The letters are photocopies with transcriptions provided. One letter was written by Elon John Farnsworth, Assistant Forage Master at the camp. The other was written by Captain William D. Smith. Camp Floyd was established by Johnston's Army after arriving in Salt Lake City.
