The Thomas C. Mabey papers (1964-2016) detail his involvement with international and national car racing and car show events. The collection includes materials regarding the activities of Rocky Mountain Motorsports along with general racing ephemera and memorabilia. Mabey is a long-time racer and is also a vintage car collector.

Founded in 1976, the USFRA operates numerous land speed racing events, including Speed Week and the World of Speed.
