The Brigham Young, Jr. journals [photocopies] (1862-1902) detail his life. Brigham Young, Jr. (1836-1903), was the son of Brigham Young and Mary Ann Angell. He was ordained an Apostle in the LDS Church in 1864, sustained as a counselor to Brigham Young in 1873, and sustained as an assistant counselor to Brigham Young in 1874.

The Willard Young letter (1868) is handwritten and signed and speaks of local events in Salt Lake City. The letter mentions Brigham Young's recent marriages to Mary Vancott and Ann Eliza Webb. Willard Young was the son of Brigham and Clarissa Ross Young, West Point graduate and engineer.

The Young Women's journal records of the Third Ward, Liberty State (1921-1922) consists of a journal and a pamphlet. The journal was begun by Winnifred L. Jones, and contains a record of payments by the young women of the third ward. It also contains notes taken at various conferences, many of which were taken in shorthand.

The Max Zimmer papers (1922-1940) consists of a series of articles published in the German periodical Stern during the years 1922-1923. These articles are chapter by chapter translation of John A. Widtsoe's Joseph Smith as Scientist: the Gospel and Science. Max Zimmer (1889-1958) worked as a translator for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1947 to 1958.
