Andrew Jackson Allen diary [transcript]
The Andrew Jackson Allen diary (1848-1884) consist of a typed copy of Allen's diary. He begins by writing a brief synopsis of his life prior to 1848, then continues with day to day entries. He writes of church activities, politics, family business, and other subjects. Andrew Jackson Allen (1818-1884) was an early member of the LDS Church who moved to Utah under the direction of Abraham Owen Smoot in 1847.
John Pulsipher diaries
The John Pulsipher diaries (1827-1891) consist of two volumes of diary entries by Pulsipher. Pulsipher and his family were early Mormon converts who traveled with other LDS members from Kirtland, Ohio, to Nauvoo, Illinois, and then to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Oliver Lee Robinson diary [photocopy]
The Oliver Lee Robinson diary (1854-1858) is a photocopy of Robinson's journal. In addition to a family record, the journal contains the activites of Robinson as a settler in Utah with an account of an Indian attack on Fort Limhi in Idaho, February 1857. The journal closes with the arrival of Johnston's army in Utah, July 1858.

The Bathsheba W. Bigler Smith autobiography (1874) describes her conversion to the LDS Church, her life in Missouri and Nauvoo, living arrangements in the Salt Lake Valley, the coming of Johnston's Army, and her husband's death, among other things.
Franklin E. Smith papers
The Franklin E. Smith papers (1901, 1911) consist of notes from a canal stockholders joint meeting in the South Jordan LDS ward house (1901); and a letter from Joseph F. Smith, Jr. to Franklin E. Smith (1911) answering a question on LDS Church doctrine.
Lot Smith papers
The Lot Smith papers (1857-1962) contain correspondence relating to Church matters, Smith's family, military orders. There are also government documents and records of the Mormon Church High Council in Tuba City, Arizona, Utah Territory, and Little Colorado Settlements in Arizona.
