Abstract The Shipler Studio records (1880-1934) contain a memorandum, letter, and newspaper clipping written about the F. Auerbach & Brother Store that was in Salt Lake City. The memorandum and letter (1934) talk about a specific customer, Mrs. Elizabeth T. (Cain) Crismon, and her memory of the opening of the first Auerbach Bros. Store when she was only fifteen years old.
