Abstract

The George Barfoot papers (1962-1999) consists of a journal and a letter. The journal is the record of a trip through Glen Canyon, on the Colorado River in 1962. The first part is handwritten and the second is a typed transcript of the first. The letter was written in 1999 by Michael St. Clair to Dr. Richard Ingebretsen, of the Glen Canyon Institute.
