Abstract The Claude T. Barnes papers (1923-1937) consist of a notebook entitled, "Animals, Birds, Reptiles, Fishes and Insects Painted by the Italian Painters." Included in the collection are hanwritten notes and numerous bird identification cards, the majority published by the National Association of Audubon Societies.
