Abstract The H. A. Strauss report (1912) consist of two volumes titled "The Principal Public Utility Properties of the State of Utah." The report was prepared by Strauss, consulting engineer for the project. Volume one holds the text of the report while volume two exhibits maps, pictures, and diagrams.

Abstract The Union Light and Power Company records (1897-1899) contains a single volume titled "Roll of the Union Light and Power Company." This volume is an attendance record for meetings and contains names of former presidents of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), such as George Q. Cannon, Joseph F. Smith, and Lorenzo Snow. Though there are a few notes scattered throughout the pages, this volume contains mostly dates and attendance records for regular meetings.
