In addition to a family record, the journal contains the activites of Robinson as a settler in Utah with an account of an Indian attack on Fort Limhi in Idaho, February 1857. The journal closes with the arrival of Johnston's army in Utah, July 1858.

Abstract The Andrew L. Rogers diary is a photocopy of the original dating from 1882 to 1896. Andrew served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arizona in 1876 and in Great Britain in 1910. Andrew died in 1943. The 288-page copy of the journal contains stories from Andrew's life, family history, and day-to-day accounts.

Abstract The Mathew Rowan papers [photocopies] (1853-1864) consist of the Rowan family history and a journal, both written by Mathew Rowan while serving a mission in England for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rowan began writing the family history, and his journal, shortly after his 1853 marriage to Jane Martin in Worcester, England. Together the two documents document his activities as a private citizen and as an official for the LDS church in England and Utah.

Abstract The Levi Savage Jr. diaries (1877-1903) consist of bound and unbound typescript copies of Savage's diaries. Levi Savage Jr. (1820-1910) was an early Mormon settler to Utah who led and survived the journey of the ill-fated Willie handcart company.
