Abstract The W. J. Goodwin papers (1919, 1923-1924) contain a logbook which documents two trips in which Goodwin participated as a University of Utah engineering student. The first trip was a summer tour of U.S. National Parks and Canada. The second trip was a mining trip to California. Also included is a paper by Ethel Smith that discusses the Canadian Industrial Disputes Act of 1910.

Abstract The Horace Sylvester Snyder family papers (1902-2010) contain the personal and professional papers of Horace Sylvester Snyder (1912-2010) a professional photographer, and his father, Horace Greeley Snyder (1873-1951), the owner of multiple mines in the American West. The collection contains biographical information and correspondence of extended family members within the Snyder and Sylvester families.
