Coal index card bibliography collection
The coal index (1860-1946) is an extensive bibliography on eastern Utah's coal industry. It consists of 21,000 index cards arranged in chronological order and subject files. It serves as a guide to articles, books, and correspondence related to the history of Utah's coal industry.
William R. Halliday papers
The William R. Halliday papers (1960) contain correspondence regarding the geological features of the Glen Canyon reservoir area. Included are letters between Senator Henry Jackson and Fred G. Aandhal (Secretary of the Interior), Aandhal and John Hazle (president, The Mountaineers), and Hazle and William R. Halliday. Also included is an "Index to Glen Canyon Files."
James D. Still Mormon history collection
The James D. Still Mormon history collection (1834-2010) contains articles, clippings, correspondence, an index, and other research materials on Mormon history, particularly Oliver Cowdery, the writing of the Book of Mormon and the Book of Abraham, and the relationship between Masonry and the LDS Church.
Ernest L. Wilkinson diaries [photocopies]
The Ernest L. Wilkinson diaries (1953-1977) are comprised of photocopied pages of journals kept by Wilkinson during his years as president of Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, as well as the time he spent following his retirement as editor of the university's centennial history. Wilkinson (1899-1978) served as BYU's president from 1951 to 1971.
