The Stephen B. Smith papers (1978-2014) include correspondence, GSBS administration materials, project planning materials, and project drafts. It also includes correspondence, conference materials, and lesson plans dealing with community and school education programs. Professional materials consist of programs and conferences attended and organized by Stephen Smith including the AIA, ULI, NAIOP and the APA organizations.

This collection (1871-1886) consists of a photocopy of the Spring City (Utah) City Council meeting minutes. Originally a volume containing handwritten meeting minutes of the City Council as well as memorials and petitions.

The Uintah land development records (1905-1916) consists of pamphlets and news clippings encouraging people to come and homestead in the Uintah Basin under Federal Land Laws.

The Brian Paul Winterowd research paper (1976) is titled, "The Incorporation of Murray, Utah, 1897-1905," which was written in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in History at the University of Utah.

The Jack Witherspoon papers (1968-1972) contain reports on the Indian Housing program. Information about the housing program includes a history of public housing in the United States, explanations of public housing, a summary of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970, and an evaluation of the Indian Housing Program.

The Don C. Woodward papers (1931-2009) consist of documents collected by Woodward during his pusuit of writing a book about the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.

The Rawlins B. Young papers (1979-1993) contain office files, memos, meeting minutes, agendas, correspondence, newsletters, and reports associated with Young's participation on the Salt Lake City Community Development Advisory Committee(DCAD). The collection also contains a Salt Lake County Real Estate Atlas, 1980 block census records for Salt Lake City, and a water quality survey conducted by the Sugarhouse Community Council in 1992.
