Alice Gold and Silver Mine records
The Alice Gold and Silver Mine records (1880-1906) contain correspondence, receipts, account balances, insurance memoranda, orders, assay reports, general ledgers, telegrams, and a 1896 annual report. The Alice Gold and Silver Mining Company was a mining operation in Walkerville, Montana founded in 1878. Its headquarters were in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Calumet Mining and Refining Company records
The Calumet Mining and Refining Company records (1927-1980s) contain information about several mining plants throughout Utah and Nevada. It also has information about mined materials and mining methods. Many of the materials also pertain to the Combined Metals Reduction Company.
Everett L. Cooley papers

Cooley is professor emeritus of history at the University of Utah and the retired director of special collections in the University of Utah Marriott Library.

These memorandua and letters were written by the government offices of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior, and Grand Canyon National Park and sent to river running companies or vice versa.
