Abstract
John Christopher “Jack” Burton (1906-1960) was a high school and college track star who attended the University of Utah from 1926 to 1928. During this time, he served as captain of the track team under coach Ike Armstrong. The Jack Burton photograph collection consists of photographs of Burton and other University of Utah athletes dating from approximately 1925 to 1930.
