Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Hans Franklin and Florence Jepperson Madsen photograph collection consists of 6 boxes containing 1,027 items. Boxes 1-3 contain portraits and candid photographs of Florence and Franklin Madsen and their families; photographs of the Madsens at graduations and events honoring them; and photographs of music instructors and performers. Boxes 4-6 are oversized and contain large-format portraits, a panorama, and a photograph album. The collection dates from approximately 1900 to 1970.
